Johnson Paper & Supply Co. was founded in 1910 by Ole Johnson in Minneapolis, MN. Using a horse and wagon, he started routes to supply his customers with products. Some of the products he sold were wholesale paper and notions, candles, and tires and tubes. He focused his business on his customers needs and developed a strong customer following. Johnson Paper operated from its warehouse located at 112 North 2nd Street in Minneapolis. In 1985, Johnson Paper moved to its present location at 806 14th Avenue NE in Minneapolis.
Throughout our history, Johnson Paper has maintained a reputation of delivering excellent products and service at competitive prices. Today, Johnson Paper is a wholesale distributor of industrial packaging, food service products, sanitary supplies and janitorial products. Our central location makes delivery by our fleet of trucks more efficient and timely. As we approach 100 years of serving the Twin Cities and upper Midwest, we would like to thank our loyal customers for helping us achieve this milestone.
